Main Parts
1. Hook group: it is the pick-up device. Note: There must be no cracks on the surface of the hook; the wear of the hook mouth and the breakage of the pulley rim.
2. Pulley block: divided into movable pulley block and fixed pulley block.
Note: whether there are cracks on the surface; whether the working pulley rotates flexibly, and whether the pulley rim is broken.
After the pulley is damaged, users often use brazing (brass water welding) or electric welding to repair it in order to continue to use it. Due to uneven heating, the pulley is deformed, and the hardness is uneven, which will cause abnormal wear of the wire rope, and the welding quality is not easy to guarantee, so welding repair is not allowed.
3. Steel wire rope: Attention: Broken wire, broken strands, knotted, rusted, pitted. Apply lithium-based grease to the reel for lubrication.
4. Drum group: It is the part used to wind the wire rope in the hoisting mechanism. The gear-connected disc-type reel group is a closed transmission, and the grouping is good.
5. Reducer: It reduces the high speed of the motor to the working speed required by each mechanism.
6. Coupling: It is used to connect two coaxial shafts or substantially parallel shafts, and transmit torque while compensating for a small angle and radial offset.
Attention: Lubrication, wear of teeth.
7. Brake: generally installed on the high-speed shaft of the mechanism to reduce the braking torque. The electrohydraulic block brake model is YWz.
Note: Lubricate the rotating shaft pin; observe whether the brake lining is scorched or burnt; whether there is oil on the friction surface of the brake wheel.
8. Wheel set: the wheel is assembled with the angular bearing box to form a wheel set.
Wheels are divided by rim: double rim wheel, single rim wheel;
9. Buffer: used to absorb the energy generated when the crane (or trolley) collides with the block frame (or bump) or adjacent cranes on the same span.
10. Resistor: An electrical appliance used to limit the current of the motor.
The mechanism starts smoothly and reduces impact.

12. Travel switch: According to the purpose, it can be divided into end switch (limit switch) and safety switch (protection switch).
The end switch is used to limit the operating range of the working mechanism and is installed at the end of the stroke. Common models: LX10-11, LX7-1;

Precautions for safe operation of double girder overhead lifting crane
A. The use of cranes should comply with the provisions of the "Safety Regulations for Cranes" (GB6067-85). The personnel who operate the crane shall meet the requirements of the "Crane Driver Assessment Standard" (GB6720-86).
B. It is forbidden to overload the overhead lifting crane.
C. It is forbidden to lift heavy objects with slings or pull out buried objects.
D. It is not allowed to use the limit devices of each mechanism as parking at the normal limit position. The limit switch is only a power-off parking device when there is an accident in the control system or the driver's operation is negligent.
E. It is not allowed to use the sudden reversal of the motor (overturning the car) as the brake of the mechanism. This method is only allowed to be used in the event of an extreme accident.
F. Do not store any objects on the crane mast or trolley.
G. When the driver stops and leaves the crane, he should put down the rail device, and other reliable windproof fixing measures can also be adopted. For a crane equipped with a ground anchor device, the ground anchor should also be inserted into the anchor pit, otherwise the driver must not leave the crane.
