Ceiling mounted crane is mainly composed of main girder, beam, trolley running mechanism, trolley and trolley running mechanism. It is a light and heavy crane running on rails. The structure of the ceiling mounted crane is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical, metal structure and electrical.

 

1. The mechanical part refers to the lifting, running, luffing and rotating mechanisms, as well as the lifting mechanism. The metal structure is the main part that constitutes the body of the lifting machinery, the components of the equipment and all the supports.
 

2. Electricity is the driving force of the lifting machinery, and each organization is driven independently.
 

3. The main metal structure part of the bridge crane is the bridge frame, which is horizontally placed on the track of the crane beams on both sides of the workshop, and runs back and forth along the track.
 

In addition to the bridge frame, there is also an electric wire rope hoist. The electric hoist is equipped with a lifting mechanism and a running mechanism, which can run along the track on the bridge frame with the hoisted items.

The parts of the lifting wire rope electric hoist can be roughly divided into: reducer, control box, wire rope, conical motor, button switch.

 

The roles and functions of each part are as follows:

 

Reducer: It adopts a three-stage fixed-axis helical gear transmission mechanism. The gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy steel. The box body and box cover are made of high-quality cast iron, which are tightly assembled and well-sealed.

 

Control box: It is a device that can cut off the main circuit in an emergency and has a fire limiter for up and down travel protection.

 

Steel wire rope: It is a high-quality lifting wire rope, which ensures durability.

 

Conical motor: The hoisting motor adopts a conical rotor with a large power moment to brake the asynchronous motor, and no external brake is required.

 

Button switch: It is hand-operated, light and handy, and can be divided into two methods: corded operation and cordless remote control.

 

The tonnage of the wire rope electric hoist is 0.5T/1T/2T/3T/5T/10T/16T/20T, and its standard wire rope meters are 6M/9M/12M/18M/24M/30M. It is also divided into CD1 (single speed type) and MD1 (two-speed type)
