1. Product Introduction:

 

Metallurgical double hoist crane relies on longitudinal movement along the direction of the factory track, lateral movement of the trolley and lifting movement of the hook to perform work. Metallurgical double hoist crane is suitable for metal smelting workshops and is a special crane for lifting molten metal that complies with JB/T7688.1-95 and JB/T7688.15-95 standards. Metallurgical double crane applications are generally suitable for ambient temperatures from -10°C to +50°C. At a temperature of 40°C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50°C. The radiation temperature of the forged hooks and plate hooks of the molten metal being lifted does not exceed 300°C. Work level: A7, A8 for relatively busy metallurgical casting workshops

3. Component:

4. Applicable Environment:

 

Metallurgical double hoist cranes are mainly suitable for special cranes used in metal smelting, rolling and thermal processing. These include open hearth charging bridge cranes, ground charging cranes, bin cranes, stripping cranes, molding cranes, uncovering cranes, clamping cranes, slab flipping cranes, forging cranes, heating furnace loading and unloading cranes, bin- Electromagnetic crane, bin-grab crane. Other similar metallurgical cranes can also be used with reference.

 

5. Metallurgical double hoist crane environmental conditions:

 

① The power supply of the Metallurgical double crane is generally three-phase AC, with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V. The upper limit of the allowable voltage fluctuation on motors and electrical appliances is +10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (at peak current) is -15% of the rated voltage. The internal voltage loss of the crane, for despindle cranes, clamp cranes, and cranes with guide frames, The total mold cranes and slab flipping cranes should not exceed 5%, and other types of cranes in this standard should not exceed 4%.

 

If the power supply has special requirements, it can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to the user's needs.

 

② The altitude of the location where the Metallurgical double crane is installed and used does not exceed 2000m (when it exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity should be checked according to the relevant regulations of GB755).

 

③ Metallurgical double hoist crane working environment temperature and humidity

 

a. The working environment temperature of the crane is generally -10~+50℃.

 

b. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40°C.

 

④ The site where the Metallurgical crane is used must not have flammable, explosive and corrosive gases and must comply with relevant standards and documents.

 

⑤ The installation of Metallurgical crane operating rails should generally comply with the requirements of GB10183. In case of special circumstances, additional regulations may be made as needed.
