The whole machine consists of six parts: bridge frame, trolley, operating trolley, trolley operating mechanism, rotating suspension beam, and electronic control equipment.

The bridge adopts a welded structure of off-rail box beams. The end beam is divided into three parts and connected with bolts to facilitate transportation and installation.

 

The electromagnetic system adopts a power-off magnet protection device and is equipped with new electronic control equipment.

 

The brake adopts DC electromagnet and hydraulic lever brake, the buffer device adopts hydraulic buffer, and the high-speed transmission shaft and coupling of each mechanism are equipped with safety protective covers.

 

The conductive type of the trolley is cable conductive.

 

This machine is equipped with various safety protection devices and a cage for maintenance. According to user requirements, the driver's cab can be equipped with cooling facilities such as air coolers and air conditioners.

 

Applicable Environment:

 

The electromagnetic hanging beam is used in the production line of the continuous rolling workshop to transport pump steel plates, billets, shaped steel, etc. from the roller table to the stacking table, and to load and unload vehicles in the finished product warehouse or perform stacking operations. The temperature of the transported steel billets is generally below 650°C.

How to operate?

First: When driving a crane when the line of sight is unclear, or when lifting people approaching at noon, the alarm must be sounded continuously.

 

Second: When the driver of each shift lifts a heavy object for the first time, he must put the heavy object down and recheck the brake performance to confirm that it is reliable before proceeding with normal operations.

 

Third: The operation must be carried out in accordance with the unified command signals.

 

Fourth: If there is a sudden power outage during work, the controller handle should be placed in the "zero" position and check whether the crane is operating normally before resuming work.

 

Fifth: It is not allowed to use the extreme position limiter to stop, and it is strictly prohibited to adjust the lifting mechanism brake under load.
