Why is the MD type electric hoist more expensive than the CD type electric hoist?
CD type (specially: single-motor electric wire rope hoist), MD type (specially: double-motor electric wire rope hoist) electric hoists belong to the standard electric hoists in my country.
They are basically similar in structure and belong to electric wire rope hoists, not Electric chain hoist.
Its working level can reach M3~M4, the continuity rate of power connection is 25%, and the equivalent number of starts per hour is not more than 120 times.
The working environment temperature is –25℃～+40℃, the rated voltage of the main circuit is AC 380V, and the rated frequency is 50Hz.
Note:
It is not suitable for places full of corrosive gas or relative humidity greater than 85%. It cannot replace explosion-proof hoists.
It is not suitable to lift molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive items.
It is mainly used to install on the overhead I-beam track (straight line, curve) or fix it on the frame to lift various heavy objects.
It is often matched with electric single-girder overhead cranes, electric double-girder overhead cranes, hoist gantry cranes, cantilever cranes, etc.
Widely used in factories, mines, railways, docks, warehouses and service industries.
It is especially suitable for the following tasks:
1. Used in machining factories, equipment installation, loading and unloading of parts on machine tools, and handling of finished products.
2. It is used for lifting and handling of public facilities and buildings.
3. For assembly line production.
4. It is used as a simple lifting device to carry and lift goods.
The MD electric wire rope hoist and the CD electric wire rope hoist are both electric wire rope hoists. Is there any difference between them?
The differences between MD wire rope electric hoist and CD wire rope electric hoist are as follows:
1. Different motors, CD type electric wire rope hoist is a single motor, MD type electric wire rope hoist is a double motor;
2. The hoisting speed is different. CD runs at normal speed, the general speed is 8m/min, while MD has two speeds, one is normal speed (8m/min) and the other is slow speed (0.8m/min) for precise adjustment of hoisting.
The running speed is generally used for jobs that require more precise speed. (No matter what type and how many tons of wire rope hoist, its speed can be customized according to customer requirements)
3. The price is different, CD wire rope electric hoist is generally cheaper than MD wire rope electric hoist.
(The reason is: CD type electric wire rope hoist has one less motor than MD type electric wire rope hoist)
Comparison in the actual use environment:
The normal hoisting speed of the CD-type electric hoist is constant speed, which can meet the general use requirements.
The MD type electric hoist has an extra slow speed compared to the normal speed of the CD.
When working at a slow speed, it can meet the requirements of precision operations such as clean loading and unloading, sand box mold clamping, and machine tool maintenance.
Therefore, the MD type electric hoist is more widely used than the CD type electric hoist.
