For equipment that does not use antifreeze in winter, you can add hot water at about 80°C with the water drain switch turned on before use every day, and turn off the water drain switch when the hot water flows out to increase the body temperature; , All water drain switches should be turned on to drain the cooling water. (2) Do a good job of keeping the permanent magnet sucker warm.

The internal machine is often operated at low temperature, which will cause the multiplication of the wear of the parts. In order to ensure the rapid temperature rise of the permanent magnetic sucker in winter, the thermostat can be removed, but it must be reinstalled before the arrival of summer.

(6) Change the fuel. Choose fuel with low freezing point and good fluidity at low temperature.

(7) Replace gear oil and grease.

 

When construction machinery enters winter operation, the transmission, reducer and steering gear should be replaced with winter gear oil, and the wheel bearings should be replaced with low dropping point grease.

 

(8) Change the engine oil.

 

Choose permanent magnet chuck oil with low viscosity. Under low temperature conditions, the viscosity of the engine oil increases with the drop of temperature, the fluidity becomes poor, and the frictional resistance increases, which will cause the permanent magnet chuck to start difficult. Therefore, it should be compensated or eliminated by replacing the oil with a lower viscosity in time adverse effects.
