How To Install A 15 Ton Jib Crane
The installation of the 15 ton cantilever crane starts with placing the crane column, that is, the pre-buried crane foundation. In order to ensure the normal operation of the cantilever crane, the pre-embedding must be stable. Today we will introduce it.
Embedded concrete: At present, the commonly used fixing method for cantilever cranes is embedded concrete. Embedded bolts are first embedded in concrete. After the concrete is solidified, the cantilever is connected with the embedded bolts, and the straightness of the cantilever is corrected after completion.
Embedded foundation: By embedding professional positioning installation, it can reduce the workload of adjusting the verticality of the cantilever column of the cantilever crane.

Installation of large floor and cast-in-place concrete floor: the large square floor is installed on the ground with chemical bolts, the height of the large floor is adjusted, and the large floor is fixed; the cantilever column is connected with the bolt holes on the large floor. This method is suitable for small-tonnage jib cranes with better ground conditions.
Installation of the large base plate on the concrete floor: Now install the large square floor plate on the concrete ceiling with long screws, adjust the levelness of the large base plate, tighten the bolts at both ends, and finally install the bolt holes at the junction of the cantilever boom and the floor plate. This method is suitable for small-tonnage jib cranes with better roof conditions.
Dowel slab concrete floor/concrete ceiling: According to the special positioning requirements of the jib crane, the adjustable dowel installation is selected, especially the driving load. The countersunk round pin plate is installed with imported pins. It is recommended to use a foundation with a boom of more than 500 kg.
Jib Crane Installation: Installing a wall crane on a steel structural column is the simplest installation. The structure must have sufficient strength (generally needs to be strengthened) and meet the large joint surface. The ribs and connecting bolts of the wall crane are made of high-strength materials.
Installation on concrete columns: It is suitable for square or rectangular reinforced concrete supports in the structure, which can be freely enclosed, and can be installed with a wall crane. The required tension can be applied through the screws to keep the crane safely at the desired height. It is necessary for the bracket to have the required minimum width.
Pre-embedded panels are used for concrete walls: wall-type cantilever crane installation points, pre-installed flatness and verticality, and provide pre-embedded quality of anchor bolts. Install the wall-mounted crane connecting bolts and adjust the straightness.
The steel structure column adopts welded plate: the steel plate with holes can be welded on the steel structure column, and then connected with the cantilever crane with bolts. Use wall bolts for reinforced walls: on walls with sufficient strength, you can use wall bolts to install fixed supports, and then connect with wall cranes.
