Single girder gantry crane

Double girder gantry crane

Electric double-girder gantry crane, the trolley runs on two main beams, and is equipped with a trolley operating mechanism, trolleys, electrical equipment, etc. The bridge frame adopts box-type double-beam welded structure or truss welded structure. The trolley operating mechanism adopts separate drive, and all mechanisms are controlled in the control room.

Electric double main girder gantry crane is suitable for loading and unloading in open-air warehouses, material yards, railway cargo stations, ports and terminals, etc. It can also be equipped with a variety of special spreaders to carry out various special operations.

Cranes range from 5t to 125t, with spans of 18m, 22m, and 26m.

The normal use environment should be within the range of - 25℃ ~ +40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃. The altitude of other installation and use locations shall not exceed 2,000 meters. If the altitude exceeds 1,000 meters, the motor capacity should be checked.

Semi-gantry crane

The semi-gantry crane is used in conjunction with the CD1 or MD1 electric hoist. It is suitable for fixed spans in dry open-air operations. This machine is prohibited from lifting molten metal and flammable and explosive items. It can also be made into a single-end extension according to user requirements. Cantilevered or non-cantilevered structures.

Generally speaking, the lifting quality of the crane is controlled below 50 tons, and the span of the crane is controlled within 35 meters. If there are no special instructions for use, we can choose a single-girder crane. But if there are requirements for the width of the door legs, for example, the width of the door legs should not be too small, but should be large, and the working speed should not be low, fast or high, or heavy items, large and long items need to be frequently lifted, then we can Choose a double-girder gantry crane.
