For the lubrication of the crane, first of all, let's understand the replacement of the gearbox lubricating oil. For cranes installed first, the lubricating oil in the reduction box should be replaced for the first time after 200 hours or 2 months of use. When changing the lubricating oil for the first time, use lubricating oil to flush the gearbox, and at the same time, clean the magnetic bolts.

After the first change of lubricating oil, under normal circumstances, the lubricating oil should be replaced once a year. For larger gearboxes, the period of replacing the lubricating oil can be appropriately extended according to the oil quality. When refueling, you should pay attention to prevent dust from entering and ensure the oil quality. The amount of refueling is not as much as possible, it should be appropriate.

For the lubrication of bearings, the bearing lubrication of cranes is mostly centralized lubrication. The bearing grease fittings of the hoist trolley are concentrated on the end beam of the trolley; the grease fittings of the wheel bearing of the big wheel are concentrated on the end beam of the cart. But there are also individual refueling nozzles that are distributed separately, so don't miss them when refueling. The lubrication cycle of the bearing is the same as the regular maintenance cycle. After adding oil, be sure to cover the sealing cap of the filler to prevent the filler from rusting.
