Crane Safety Technical Regulations:

 

1. For hoisting with double cranes, the two main cranes should choose the cranes of the same specification and model, and the length of the boom, working radius, length of the running rope of the hoisting block and the length of the sling should be equal. Double crane hoisting and should have command details.

 

2. The hoisting speed of the auxiliary crane should match that of the main crane.

 

3. The hook deflection angle should not be greater than 3°.

 

4. The 25 ton overhead crane should not perform two movements at the same time.

 

5. It is forbidden to use a 25 ton overhead crane to directly pull the equipment on the ground.

6. The hoisting of multiple cranes should be monitored, and a balancing device should be installed if necessary.

 

7. The outriggers of the crane should be fully extended, and the pressure resistance of the ground is greater than that of the outriggers.

 

8. The performance of the 25 ton overhead crane should meet the hoisting process requirements, and the alarm and hydraulic systems must be reliable.

 

9. The provisions of the random technical documents of the crane should be strictly implemented.

 

10. When starting to loosen the hook of the auxiliary crane, the elevation angle of the equipment should not be greater than 75°.

 

11. When the tail row is used at the bottom of the equipment, the transfer speed of the tail row should match the lifting speed of the crane. When the equipment leaves the rear row, its elevation angle should be less than the critical angle.
