If domestic and foreign standard products cannot meet the requirements, try to choose products determined by domestic and foreign brake manufacturers. If the requirements are still not met, the person or professional organization will design according to regulations.
Mechanical matching principle: When selecting a brake, you must fully consider whether the brake specification (center height) is consistent or similar to the center height of the mechanical brake (motor center height when high-speed shaft braking, drum center height when low-speed shaft braking) .
Safety principle: When selecting braking and braking methods, the safety of various bridge-type hoisting mechanisms should be fully considered and matched with their safety requirements. If the quality of the bridge crane brake is not up to standard, it is easy to malfunction. When encountering problems, understand the reasons for crane brake failure and propose targeted solutions.
