Acceptance Standards For Crane Delivery
1. Preparation before load test:
(1) Turn off the power and check the firmness of all connection parts.
(2) Check whether the winding condition of the wire rope in the drum and the pulley block is normal.
(3) Use a megger to check whether the insulation resistance of the circuit system and all electrical equipment meets the technical requirements.
(4) Grease each lubricating point, check each reducer, brake, hydraulic tank, etc. and add oil according to regulations.
(5) Remove all items on the running track of the cart, on the crane and in the test area that hinder the load test.
(6) Prepare the heavy objects for the load test, which can be combined into 50%, 75%, 100%, and 125% of the rated load.
(7) Designated personnel: such as the inspection personnel on the driver, ground command personnel, hook lifting personnel, and personnel not related to the test must leave the crane test site.

2. Empty load test:
Start each mechanism separately, first test run at low speed, and then run at rated speed. At the same time, observe that the driving device, transmission device, supporting device, and working device of each mechanism should be able to work smoothly without vibration and impact.
3. Static load test:
The trolley is in the middle of the bridge frame, and the weights prepared in advance are added according to 50%, 75%, 100%, and 125% of the rated lifting capacity, and the weight of 1.25 times the rated load is lifted to the ground about 100mm, hovering for 10 minutes , and use a level meter to measure the deformation of the bridge, and then put down the weight. Repeat the test three times according to this method, and the bridge should have no permanent deformation.
4. Dynamic load test:
The test is carried out at 1.1 times the rated load. The continuous operation of each mechanism should not be too long each time, but the accumulated time should not be less than 1h.
In the test, check whether the operation of each mechanism is stable, whether the work of the limit device of each brake safety device is stable, and whether the work of the limit device of each brake safety device is flexible, accurate and reliable.
Whether the bearings and electric and hydraulic components are normal. After the dynamic load test, the welding quality of the metal structure and the quality of the mechanical connection should be checked, and the firmness of the connecting bolts at each part should be checked.

5. Delivery acceptance:
After the load test of the crane, the repair unit and the user unit should go through the delivery acceptance procedures.
