So what are the maintenance details of the single girder overhead crane?

(1) Keep electrical equipment clean.

Common electrical equipment includes resistors, control panels, contactors, etc. 

For electrical equipment, internal and external dust and dirt must be removed frequently to prevent leakage, breakdown, short circuit and other undesirable phenomena.

(2) Always pay attention to observe whether the motor rotor slip line and brush are in good contact. Whether the sound from the motor, electromagnet, electromagnetic switch, etc. is normal.

(3) Always check whether the cam controller and contactor have singeing. If the above situation is found, it should be replaced in time or smoothed with emery cloth before use. 

(4) When the use conditions are bad, the motor, wire and insulation resistance should be measured regularly, and attention should be paid to the insulation of the cable slide and the grounding of the casings. 

The rust and dirt on the slide rail must be removed at any time.

(5) The staff need to observe the oil window of the reduction box frequently to check whether the oil level of the lubricating oil is within the specified range.

When the oil level is lower than the specified level, the lubricating oil must be replenished in time.

(6) Check whether the installation of each electrical equipment is firm, whether there is looseness, and whether the movable parts rotate flexibly, so as to check frequently to eliminate bad factors.

(7) When operating a single-girder bridge crane, it is strictly forbidden to lift items that exceed the lifting capacity, and cannot be lifted under the conditions of loose binding and cable-pulling.

Compared with other cranes, the single-girder overhead crane is relatively inexpensive and relatively simple to operate, so its utilization rate is very high. In daily work,
