 Now that cranes are more and more widely used in the market, what should be paid attention to in crane operation? What are the basic requirements for a crane operator?

First, in any of the following 10 situations, the crane must not be used to lift heavy objects:

(1) When the signal of the command is unclear or is illegal, the crane driver shall not lift heavy objects;

(2) When the weight of the goods exceeds the rated lifting capacity that the crane can lift, the crane driver shall not lift the heavy objects.

(3) Before the crane works, if the lifted items are not tied tightly, the crane driver is strictly prohibited from lifting heavy objects.

(4) If there is someone on the lifted heavy object, the lifting operation shall not be carried out.

(5) If the safety device is not complete or a certain operation control is not sensitive, or even fails, the crane driver shall not lift heavy objects.

(6) When the workpiece that needs to be lifted is buried in the ground and hooked to the ground building or equipment, the crane driver shall not carry out the lifting work.

(7) When the light is so dim that the line of sight is unclear, the crane driver shall not carry out the lifting action.

(8) When the lifting heavy object is an angular object, and no anti-cutting measures have been taken, the crane driver shall not carry out the lifting work.

(9) When the workpiece needs to be pulled and pulled by the crane to lift, the crane driver shall not lift it.

(10) The crane is strictly prohibited to use when the outdoor wind reaches the sixth level and above.

Under the premise of strictly abiding by the above rules and regulations, crane drivers should do the following five points in operation.

(1) In the process of operating the crane, the driver must start and brake smoothly, and the hook, spreader and hanging object do not swing.

(2) On the basis of stable operation, the hooks, spreaders and hanging objects should be accurately parked and landed above the designated position.

(3) On the basis of stability and accuracy, coordinate the actions of the corresponding agencies, shorten the working cycle time, ensure that the crane works continuously and improve production efficiency.

(4) Ensure that the crane works reliably and effectively in good condition. During operation, strictly implement the safety and technical operation rules of the crane, and no personal and equipment accidents will occur.

(5) On the basis of understanding and grasping the performance of the crane and the mechanical characteristics of the motor, according to the specific conditions of the hanging object, correctly operate the controller and achieve reasonable control.
