10 Ton Jib Crane Installation Method

10 ton jib crane consists of bracket, jib mount, swivel mount and electric hoist (chain hoist).

The bracket is fixed on the wall or steel structure column and can be rotated according to user needs. The rotating part is divided into manual rotating and electric rotating.

10 ton electric hoist (electric chain hoist) mounted on a cantilever track for lifting heavy loads.

Cantilever cranes are widely used in light and small lifting occasions in mines, workshops, assembly lines, warehouses, and docks.

It has the advantages of novel structure, rationality, simplicity, convenient operation, sensitive rotation, light weight, and sensitive load movement.

The operation of this machine is realized through the handle control button, which controls the lifting and horizontal walking of the electric hoist trolley.

10 ton jib crane installation:

Before the crane is installed, it should be checked whether the bending and torsional deformation of the cantilever beam, the corrosion of the shaft, and the impact damage caused during transportation should be corrected or repaired respectively.

In addition, clean and lubricate shafts, bearings and other rotating parts every six months. For cantilever beam installation, please proceed in the following order.

1. Drill holes on the wall or steel structure column according to the drawing.

2. Lift the main cantilever with a crane, fix the cantilever with the upper and lower support plates with fixing bolts, measure the upper deflection with a level, and then tighten the nut on the rotating shaft clockwise.

3. The electric hoist, travel car and slewing are installed on the cantilever beam track.

4. All electrical appliances on the cantilever beam should be connected and installed with power cords of appropriate length.

10 ton Jib Crane Precautions:

1. If the machine is installed outdoors, reliable rainproof measures should be installed.

2. After the cantilever and bracket are assembled, the following measures should be adopted: the rotating arm can rotate 180 degrees around the column sensitively; adjust the adjusting gasket to make the end of the cantilever reach the upper deflection f≥R/250 (R is the radius of rotation).

3. It is not allowed to press the up and down buttons and the rotation button of the same motor at the same time during operation. When working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom. Do not drag heavy objects. Overload lifting is prohibited.
