10 Common Faults of Reducer
Crane reducers are widely used in docks, construction industries, steel plants, and other construction industries that need to lift heavy objects.
According to the different lifting standards, it is generally divided into four categories: super large, large, medium and small.
1) Super large hoisting reducer
Mainly used in the construction industry, wharf and steel industry, generally its bearing load is above 150T
2) Large hoisting reducer
Mainly used in the steel industry, construction machinery, etc., the general load is between 50-150T
3) Medium-sized hoisting reducer
It is mainly used in factory buildings and small construction machinery, with a load between 5-50T
4) Small hoisting reducer
It is mainly used in small factory buildings, and the load is below 5T, commonly known as electric hoist.
