Wall Mounted Jib Crane With European Hoist design

The Wall Mounted Jib Crane is a special lifting equipment designed according to the needs of users, and it is also a light jib crane.
The swivel arm of the crane can be installed on the user's wall or house column, or it can run along an elevated track on a wall or other supporting structure, without occupying the workshop area, the workshop space can be used more efficiently.

 
The rotating arm is used in conjunction with the European electric hoist, the weight can be moved within a 180° range, compared with ordinary wall-mounted jib cranes, the lifting mechanism of the cantilever (European electric hoist) is light in weight and has a larger lifting height.

3. Component:

The Wall Mounted Jib Crane with European Hoist design consists of a bracket, a jib device and a European-style electric hoist.

 
The rotating arm is welded by the combination of I-beam and support. Its function is to realize the horizontal movement of the electric or manual trolley and the up and down movements of the European electric hoist, and rotate around the column.

 
The European-style electric hoist lifts heavy objects and moves horizontally along the rotating arm. For its structural characteristics, please refer to the European-style electric hoist instruction manual.

 
The electrical part adopts the C-rail plus flat cable power supply system, and the low-voltage indirect control safety voltage is operated.

The wall crane equipment does not have columns. It can be said that the column-type cantilever crane removes the columns. The wall crane is installed and fixed on the wall. The wall is used to replace the fixed effect of the columns, which saves space.

The installation of a column-type cantilever crane requires the installation of columns first. In a limited factory building, it also occupies a column part. If it is a wall crane, it can be installed directly on the wall without columns, giving the factory a larger operating space.
