Product Introduction

The structure of the electric wire rope hoist is the same as that of the wall-mounted cantilever crane.

The only difference is the hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism of the cantilever crane is an electric chain hoist. Compared with the wire rope hoist, it has a smaller volume and a higher lifting height.

The working level can reach A3-A4.

3. Component:

1/2 ton Wall Mounted Jib Crane with Electric Chain Hoist consists of electric chain hoist, rotating arm, rotating drive device and lifting device.

1/2 ton Wall Mounted Jib Crane with Electric Chain Hoist is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to make the cantilever rotate.

The electric chain hoist runs straight on the cantilever I-beam and lifts heavy objects.

Except for the different hoisting mechanism, the other structural parts of this wall-type jib crane are basically the same as those of the electric wire rope hoist wall-type jib crane.

4. The difference between chain electric hoist and wire rope electric hoist

(1) The electric chain hoist is smaller than the wire rope hoist

Because the chain hoist uses sprockets and chains for lifting, the width of the sprocket only needs to be 1.6 times that of the chain. The wire rope hoist needs to wind the wire rope on the drum, and keep two to three safety circles on the drum.

(2) Under the condition of the same track height, the lifting height of the electric chain hoist is high.

For the wire rope electric hoist, the wire rope is wound on the reel, the inside of the wire rope is under pressure and the outside is under tension, so the diameter of the reel should not be too small, greater than 20 times the diameter of the wire rope, in order to ensure that the stress on the wire rope will not exceed the allowable stress. There is no mandatory requirement for the diameter of the sprocket of the chain hoist, relatively speaking, it can be made much smaller than the wire rope drum of the same tonnage.

(3) The operating limit size of the electric chain hoist is small.

The reel of the wire rope electric hoist is generally arranged along the running track of the hoist, which takes up a lot of space. The sprocket of the chain hoist can be arranged perpendicular to the track, and the size of the sprocket itself is also smaller than the size of the reel. In this way, when the chain hoist is running, the effective distance it can achieve is significantly greater than that of the wire rope hoist.

(4) When the electric chain hoist is lifted, the hook has no horizontal displacement.

When the chain hoist is lifted, the chain passes through the sprocket to achieve the effect of going straight up and down. Most of the wire rope hoists below 5t are single-outlet rope type. When the hook is up and down, the hook also moves left and right along the direction of the drum due to the left and right movement of the wire rope on the drum.
