3. Component of rolling gantry crane:
Single beam rolling gantry crane is mainly composed of main beam, outrigger and lower beam. The main beam and the lower beam are made of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates; the electric hoist directly walks under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam.
The running mechanism of the cart is mainly composed of electric motor, brake, reducer, wheel, etc. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance.
The hoisting mechanism adopts CD1 and MD1 types. It can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For its structural characteristics, please refer to the manual of the electric wire rope hoist for details.
