MH gantry style crane has box type and truss type, the former have good techniques and easy fabrication, the latter is light in dead weight and strong in wind resistance. For different usage, MH gantry crane also has cantilever and noncantilever gantry crane. If have cantilevers, the crane can load the goods to the crane edge through the supporting legs, which is very convenient and high efficiency.

3. Component:
MH gantry style crane is mainly composed of main beam, outrigger and lower beam. The main beam and the lower beam are made of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates; the electric hoist directly walks under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam.
In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, the outrigger and the lower beam are connected by M20 bolts to form a whole.
The running mechanism of the cart is mainly composed of electric motor, brake, reducer, wheel, etc. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance.
The hoisting mechanism adopts CD1 and MD1 types. It can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For its structural characteristics, please refer to the manual of the electric wire rope hoist for details.
Electrical equipment, The operating motor used is in the form of a conical rotor motor, with electrical control, The electric hoist and the whole set of cranes are equipped with safety devices, such as lifting limit switch, end limit switch, etc.
