Electric gantry hoist is generally used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 electric hoists. Mainly suitable for lifting weight 3t-32t, span 12m-30m, can be customized according to customer requirements, Working environment -20°C ~ +40°C, the working system is 25%, and the wind pressure is not more than 125Pa. The working level can reach A3-A4.

3. Component of electric gantry hoist:
Single Beam Gantry Crane with Hoist is mainly composed of main beam, outrigger and lower beam. The main beam and the lower beam are made of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates; the electric hoist directly walks under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam.
The hoisting mechanism adopts CD1 and MD1 types. It can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For its structural characteristics, please refer to the manual of the electric wire rope hoist for details.
