(1) Before the crane is started, the necessary inspection work must be carried out, and all parts of the crane must be inspected, including the operating mechanism, control system, brakes and safety protection devices. If there is any problem, it should be dealt with in time.
(2) Before the crane lifts, it is necessary to adjust the position of the upper and lower limit stop blocks, and whether the fasteners are fastened. If there is an abnormality, it cannot be lifted.
(3) During the lifting process, if the wire rope is found to be bent, deformed or corroded, or if it is severely worn, the operation should be stopped immediately to avoid accidents or dangers.
(4) Whether the braking devices, limit switches, etc. are sensitive and reliable, what is the wear condition of the wire rope, and whether it needs to be replaced.
(5) Whether the operation of each traveling mechanism and transmission parts is normal, and whether the lubrication is good.
(6) When the crane starts to work, the operator cannot leave without authorization.
(7) When the crane lifts heavy objects, it cannot be overloaded, which will seriously damage the equipment.
