December 10 Unloading at Dammam Wharf in Saudi Arabia——Double-girder bridge crane
On December 10, a batch of double-girder bridge cranes destined for Dammam, Saudi Arabia were unloaded at the terminal.
Double girder bridge crane structure:
1. Bridge frame: It consists of two main girders, two end girders, walking platform and guardrail and other components. There are two types of structure: box and truss.
2. Crane running mechanism: It is composed of motor, brake, reducer, coupling, transmission shaft, angular bearing box, wheel and other components.
3. Double-girder bridge crane trolley: it is composed of trolley frame, lifting mechanism and trolley running mechanism.
4. The lifting mechanism is composed of motor, brake, transmission shaft, coupling, reducer, reel, fixed pulley block and wire rope and other components. There are single brake and double brake.
5. Double girder bridge crane cab: the place where the crane operator works.
There are control equipment (linkage table or cam controller), power distribution protection box, signaling device and lighting equipment inside. The crane can only be started after the hatch is closed.
This can avoid driving when someone is working on the car or the person has not entered the driver's cab, causing personal accidents.
