2. 25 ton bridge crane equipment maintenance and maintenance
 

2.1 The brakes of each mechanism should be checked frequently and the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel should be adjusted to ensure flexibility and reliability. There should be no dirt on the friction surface, and if there is dirt, it must be washed off with gasoline or thinner.
 

2.2 Lubrication and hydraulic oil of various parts such as reduction box, gearbox and external gear are carried out according to the requirements in the lubrication table.
 

2.3 Pay attention to check whether there are any broken wires and loose strands in each part of the wire rope. If it exceeds the relevant regulations, it must be replaced immediately. The maintenance of the wire rope should be strictly in accordance with the provisions of GB5144-85.
 

2.4 Frequently check the connection of each part, and tighten it if it is loose. The tightness of the body connecting bolts should be checked when the body is under pressure (the method of rotating the arm can be used to cause the state of compression), and all connecting shafts must have cotter pins and must be fully opened.
 

2.5 Frequently check whether the various mechanisms are operating normally and whether there is noise. If any fault is found, it must be eliminated in time.
 

2.6 When installing, disassembling and adjusting the slewing mechanism, care should be taken to ensure that the centerline of the reducer of the slewing mechanism is parallel to the centerline of the gear, the meshing surface is not less than 70%, and the meshing clearance is suitable.
 

3. Maintenance and maintenance of electrical system
 

3.1 Always check all wires and cables for damage. The damaged part should be bandaged and replaced in time.
 

3.2 Stop the motor in time when the motor is overheated, and continue to run after troubleshooting. The motor bearings must be well lubricated.
 

3.3 The contact surface of each part of the brush should be kept clean, and the pressure of the brush should be adjusted so that the contact area is not less than 50%.
 

3.4 The control boxes, distribution boxes, etc. are always kept clean, and the dust on the electrical equipment is cleaned in time.
 

3.5 The contact opening and closing of the travel switch of each safety device must be reliable, and the arc crater of the contact should be polished in time.
 

3.6 Measure the protective grounding resistance twice a year (spring and autumn) to ensure that it is not greater than 4 ohms.
 

4. Maintenance and maintenance of metal structures
 

4.1 Try to prevent component deformation and collision damage during transportation.
 

4.2 During the period of use, it must be inspected and maintained regularly to prevent corrosion.
 

4.3 Frequently check whether the structural connection bolts, welds and components are damaged, deformed and loose.
