1. Lubrication

 

The working performance and service life of various crane mechanisms depend largely on lubrication.

 

When lubricating, please refer to its own manual for the maintenance and lubrication of mechanical and electrical products. Traveling carts, hoisting truss trucks, etc. should be filled with grease once a week. When filling the winch with industrial gear oil, the oil level should be checked frequently and replenished in time.

 

2. Wire rope

 

Pay attention to broken wire ropes. If there are broken wires, broken strands or the wear reaches the scrap standard, new ropes should be replaced in time. The steel wire ropes that can be selected include phosphate-coated steel wire ropes, galvanized steel wire ropes and smooth steel wire ropes.

 

3. Spreader

 

Spreaders must be inspected regularly.

 

4. Pulley block

 

Mainly check the wear of the rope groove, whether the wheel rim is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

 

5. Wheels

 

Check the rim and tread regularly. When the wear or cracking of the rim reaches 10% of the thickness, replace the wheel with a new one.

 

When the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread exceeds D/600, or serious scratches appear on the tread, the machine should be polished again.

 

6. Brake

 

It should be checked once every shift.

 

The brake should operate accurately and the pin should not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the gaps between the brake shoes should be equal when the brake is released.
