7. How to maintain the 10T Portal gantry?

In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is necessary to strengthen the care and maintenance of the equipment when using it in daily life.

1. Lubrication

The working performance and life of the 10T Portal gantry depend to a large extent on lubrication. Lubrication is one of the important parts of the maintenance of this equipment. The lubrication condition is directly related to the operation of each mechanism and the service life of the parts, and also affects safety. production and productivity. For this reason, operators and maintenance personnel need to frequently check the lubrication status of equipment lubrication points, and replenish and replace lubricating oil on time.

The principles that should be followed in lubricity maintenance: All parts with shaft movement, holes, and mechanical parts with friction surfaces must be lubricated regularly, because the use conditions of lifting equipment are different (operating speed, use environment, etc.), and different parts The lubrication depends on the specific situation.

2.Wire rope

Be careful when using wire rope. If there is breakage, broken strands, or wear exceeding the scrap standard, the rope should be replaced with a new one in time. Optional steel wire ropes include phosphate-coated steel wire ropes, galvanized steel wire ropes, and smooth steel wire ropes.

3. Spreader

4. Pulley block

Check the rope groove for wear, whether there is any breakage and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.

5. Wheels

When wear or cracking reaches 10% of the thickness, the rim and tread should be inspected regularly and replaced with new wheels.

If the diameter difference between the two driving wheels on the tread is greater than D/600, or the tread is seriously damaged, a new vehicle should be installed.

6. Brake

Check every shift.

The braking device should be operated accurately and the pin should not be stuck. The clearance between the brake wheel and the brake shoe should be the same, and the clearance between the brake shoe and the brake shoe should be correct and consistent.
