Single girder gantry crane and hoist is a small and medium-sized simple gantry crane with cantilever, electric hoist adopts the form of CDI, MDI, etc. The main beam is a composite beam welded by U-shaped trough plate and I-steel, and the truck operating mechanism adopts a three-in-one drive device. Its applicable lifting weight is customized, the applicable span is 7.5-30 meters, and the working ambient temperature is in the range of -25 - +40℃. Its structure is simple, easy to install, use and maintain, and it is mostly used in factories, freight yards, docks, hydropower stations and other places where the frequency of use is low or the rated lifting weight is less.

3. Component:
Single girder gantry crane and hoist is mainly composed of main beam, outrigger and lower beam. The main beam and the lower beam are made of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates, and the outriggers are also composed of a box-shaped structure welded by four steel plates; the electric hoist directly walks under the I-beam lower flange plate of the main beam.
In order to facilitate storage and transportation, the main beam, the outrigger and the lower beam are connected by M20 bolts to form a whole.
The running mechanism of the cart is mainly composed of electric motor, brake, reducer, wheel, etc. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation, use and maintenance.
The hoisting mechanism adopts CD1 and MD1 types. It can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For its structural characteristics, please refer to the manual of the electric wire rope hoist for details.
