What safety issues should be paid attention to when using group hoist electric hoist frequently?
Group crane electric hoist is a kind of ultra-low speed electric chain hoist, a light and small lifting machinery, which has the characteristics of slow lifting speed, stable operation, light body weight, high hardness of parts and small wear. It is suitable for the climbing frame in the field of construction engineering, the lifting of the climbing formwork, and the group hoisting of large oil tanks, so it is called "group hoisting electric hoist".
Widely used in processing workshops, warehouses, docks, and various modern production lines and assembly lines in various industries. It is more flexible, fast, safe and convenient to use in a workplace with a small space. It is also suitable for climbing frames in the field of construction engineering, lifting of climbing forms, and group lifting of large oil tanks.
1. During use, the operator should always check whether the wire rope is buckled, knotted, grooved, worn, etc. If it occurs, it should be eliminated in time, and the rope guide and limit switch should be checked frequently to see if it is safe and reliable.
2. The group hoist electric hoist shall not lift and unload heavy objects sideways, and overloading is prohibited.
3. Check the group crane electric hoist before use:
① There should be no obstacles within the walking range of the operator and on the route where heavy objects pass.
②The up and down, left and right directions of the manual control button should be accurate and sensitive, and the motor and reducer should have no abnormal sound.
③The brake should be sensitive and reliable.
④ There should be no foreign matter on the running track of the group crane electric hoist.
⑤ The action of the upper and lower limiters should be accurate.
⑥ The hook stop nut should be tightened.
⑦ The hook should rotate flexibly in the horizontal and vertical directions.
⑧ The hook pulley should rotate flexibly.
4. Do not artificially use the stopper to stop the lifting of heavy objects or stop the operation of equipment in daily work.
5. After the work is finished, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
6. Special maintenance personnel should be appointed to check the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist once a week, and to eliminate the faults in time.
7. The brake ring on the motor fan brake wheel must not be stained with grease, and the adjustment nut should be tightened to avoid accidents due to brake failure.
8. The lubricating parts of the group crane electric hoist should be added with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil in time, and the lubricating oil should be clean and free of other impurities. The lubricating oil should be changed every 2 months. Sufficient lubricating oil must be added to the hoisting reducer and running reducer before use.
9. During the use of the group crane electric hoist, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off in time.
10. When the group crane electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts.
11. After use, stop in a designated safe place. A rain cover should be provided outdoors.
12. Group hoists are not suitable for places full of corrosive gases or relative humidity greater than 85%, and cannot replace explosion-proof hoists. It is not suitable for lifting molten metal or toxic, flammable and explosive items.
13. Do not use a screwdriver, flat shovel, etc. to hit the joint surface when disassembling the lifting reducer. Use a wooden hammer to gently tap the protruding part of the box to avoid damaging the sealing plane between the box and the box cover.
14. The working environment temperature of electric hoist is -25～+40℃
15. It is forbidden to press two buttons in opposite directions at the same time, and other buttons can be operated at the same time.
